Child Custody ServicesFor completing child custody evaluations, we travel to you. All of the data collected and used in writing the evaluation is done in your home, over a period of several visits. The evaluation is completed by interviewing people that live with the children and others involved in your life, and the childrens lives. Various scales are used as additional resources while gathering information.
Divorce Services
- Coach someone who is in the Pre-divorce phase, During-divorce phase and Post-divorce phase.
- Parenting coaching so the divorce does not overwhelm the parenting. Coaching in five stages of child development, etc.
- Parenting Plan development coaching (this adapts well to the Pennsylvania family law changes for 2011 and the Berks County parenting plan format).
- Coaching for getting organized for the divorce process and moving forward. Not merely checklists and tips. (financial, legal, personal, etc.)
This is difficult for clients and is often "avoided" by other professionals because of the time and difficulty - Family Law judges in our local courts have expressed approval for what we are doing. They say it is an important additional access to helpful services for people going through the divorce process. They also like the fact that there is a certain economics for divorce coaching that make divorce coaching make sense to a client. And they like that divorce coaching can also have the effect of reducing the demands on the court, like mediation does.
