Anger management classes are often taken to increase empathy, decrease stress and improve communication and listening skills. Anger management classes can be a cost savings as well as help impove relationships. START TODAY!

We use an 8 tool model which includes skills in assertive communication, improving judgement, stress managment, empathy and emotional awareness, expectation managment, self talk, forgiveness, learning to respond instead of react and anger control techniques. .

We utilize the stages of change in our anger management program.  We run an open group, which means that you can start at anytime.  The group runs 12 weeks long.  The group is currently meets in the evening on Mondays.  The cost of the group is $35.00 per group session.

Benefits of Anger Management Classes
Sort through the things that have caused the emotional pain and anger over the years.

Our expectation is that after every class participants will have learned a new skill to better improve their relationships with family members, coworkers and friends.

Our anger management classes are designed and strutured in a format that it is not considered psychotherapy.

BATTERERS

We utilize the Duluth Model and the group is run with both a female and a male leader.

The cirriculum is taught in group classes that emphasize the development of thinking skills around several themes.  These themes include; nonviolence, respect, support, trust, partnership, and negotitation.  Two to three sessions are spent on each theme.

The 10 week program is designed to help men change from using behaviors on the Power and Control wheel, which result in destructvie behavior, to using the behavior on the Equality Wheel, which forms the basis for healthy relationships.

The program is going to be offered on Monday evenings for an hour and a half.

Each sessions will cost $45.00 dollars.

The program runs for 10 weeks long.
